The following article, entitled Words for teenagers appeared in the Huffington Post in August 2012. It was written by John Tapene, a school principal in New Zealand after hearing some wise words form a judge who regularly dealt with troubled teens. It cuts right to the jugular in terms of giving our kids some straight up advice about what to do with their time and how to stay out of trouble. It’s always refreshing to see some common sense advice given succinctly in a few short paragraphs. Definitely worth the read.
